Our Services At This Location
Our PHP is a full-day program held six hours a day, five days a week and includes group therapy, medication management, medical services, and education to treat intensive mental health concerns.
This after-school program is held three hours a day, three days a week in a group setting to help teens and adolescents manage diverse mental health concerns with a focus on holistic healing.

Summer programs help 8-17 year olds to gain skills during the summer school break so they return to school more confident and healthy than ever.
Medication Management
We create personalized treatment plans and regularly evaluate the safety and efficacy of medications in teens and adolescents who benefit from them, ensuring their assistance towards wellness goals.
To provide the most individualized and effective care plan, we offer mental health assessments to determine if your child’s thinking and behavior could be affected by a particular condition.
Beyond Toledo's Bridge Clinic
Beyond Toledo’s “Bridge Clinic” is a temporary stabilization service that provides medication management for teens and children between the ages of 8 and 17 who are in need of access. Those who are currently unable to receive a necessary prescription can utilize this service for three to six months as a way to obtain the stabilization support they need.
Those who may qualify for medication stabilization:
- Teens and adolescents who have had an evaluation in the ED or were admitted to the hospital or inpatient unit in the last 1-2 weeks for reasons such as threats of harm to self or others, psychosis, or acute behavioral changes
- Those who do not currently have a provider to prescribe medications
- Teens and adolescents experiencing long wait times for pending appointments with another provider who need immediate service
- Those who have been managed by a PCP or other non-psychiatric prescriber for at least 6 months, but whose symptoms are not improving or are worsening
Those who do not quality for medication stabilization:
- Anyone outside of the age range of 8-17
- Those whose behaviors are chronic (have been ongoing for over one year) and have not previously stabilized with treatment
- Those who already have a stable psychiatric provider and are simply looking for a new prescriber
